Midnighter vs Haloverse (Read OP)

Midnighter gets 1 Month prep 
He knows all there tech powers and feats  
He can only use Tech from  
DC Earth 
Marvel earth 
He cant use anything that can bust Universes or kill Planets   
and know things that make him Skyfather level 
Haloverse 
Gets a week prep 
They do not know what Midnighter can do 
But Master chief just chief knows what Midnighter can do 
Haloverse can not use anything that bust planets  
Only tech from Halo allowed
everyone can breathe in space in this fight  
Fight starts on Mars and gos from there

id give this to halo. no matter how much i like midnighter. this is a numbers game and a flood game.
