@NeonGameWave: Range is important though , his stand might operate for ten meters but his timestop would cover minite's range regardless. Plus FTL stand (which is autonomous and cannot be seen by MN), which can shrink and enter bodies (kaykoin and jotaro did that) diamond breaking punches, parasites, turn things into vampires, phase capability, freeze touch, space ripper stingy eyes, and baseline stats comparable to spider man and a for-the-kill attitude.
