Cable. At the peak of his power in Cable/Deadpool he could just blow Midnighter's brain out the back of his head. This is not a fair fight.

Cable can't use psychic powers consistently, he loses.Unless he uses telekinesis to pull Midnighter heart out or some hax type stuff like that.
@lukadoncicmvp: the to virus limited his telepathy and telekinesis but he still had it he will use tp to counter battle computer and drop the wait of a semi on midnighter and while he is pinned light him up
@comic_book_fan: even if Cable neutralises battle computer, Midnighter is still superhuman: super strength, super speed, healing ability.
@lukadoncicmvp: he has low end super strength like wolverine and cable can increase his strength and speed using tk
