Midnighter vs Batman (Insider Suit)

Batman, taps the speed force and takes out midnighter. however, if Midnighter has intel with his prep on the suit, he would win.

This would be a tough battle.

Midnighter and his extreme speed could potentially be enough to counter Batman's limited access to the Speed-Force.

Midnighter's healing ability is a major factor, and could possibly tank Batman's heat vision, and Green Lantern blast, as well as the electric lasso.

Batman's camouflage, teleportation, and flight give him an upper hand against Midnighter.

All in all I think Batman's combined powers would be enough to overwhelm Midnighter and his healing factor. super strength, etc. His computer may not be of use if he has no ways of winning. (I believe the computer analyzes all the options and gives him the options where he wins)

What exactly makes heat vision faster than, say, a blast from Captain Atom or a living laser or Apollos heat vision?
