Rules:
Winner by death.
Midnighter doesn't have his battle computer.
Midnighter can use the doors, but only for transporting himself.
Morals off.

even without his BC Midnighter still has some amazing feats, I'll go with him. (also I want to think about barakapool as little as possible)

Midnighter would murder the 20th Century Fox abomination, regardless of whether or not he has his battle computer.

Ha, true he sucks but he does have some good powers behind him.
Two blades- ( Not sure if they're adamantium or not.)
Healing Factor.
Cyclop's optic blast.
Teleportation.

Could only find this in German or as a AMV.

@OmegaDynasty: Barakapool actually needs someone to remote-operate him, if I remember correctly. He wasn't utilizing his powers before Striker asked him too in random sequences.

If Wolverine and a jobbing Sabretooth can take him down, Midnighter would wreck him, burry him in concrete, and then just door him into space.

Barakapool doesn't have the reflex feats to hold up with the theory that a blitz from Midnighter (a guy who casually dodges gunfire and literally yawns at the gunman) would be held back by an optic blast, which are concussive in nature and would only irritate Midnighter further, assuming he can even hit him.

And, if Midnighter gets into any close range trouble that he somehow can't just evade, he can always door himself behind Barakapool and punt his head off.

@Illuminatus: I thought Midnighter's bullet-dodging abilities were primarily due to his battle-computer though. I admit, I know very little about the man so if I'm wrong here then you have my apologies.

@OmegaDynasty: I'm pretty sure he did have Adamantium blades considering he was about to chop off Logan's head were it not for Creed.

@deadpoolchimichanga: *sigh* I wouldn't have minded the teleportation/optic blasts so much, And Stryker sewing his mouth shut made me laugh. But why did they have to put the katanas in his arms!? Had it not been for those stupid arm-katanas, and the whole computer thing, he would have been a damn good Deadpool. I mean in the first 30 minutes of the movie I was excited to see how well they did Deadpool, he was funny, he was a smartass, he was skilled, and then the KATANAS IN THE ARMS! GAH, WHY!?

Because of that, I say Midnighter stomps him into the ground! Boo ruining Deadpool!
