Midnighter + Deathstroke vs Spider-Man (2 Rounds) - Battles

This is a fully powered Spider-Man utilizing powers shown both in canon and in What If?

Specifically it's a mix of Normal Spider-Man, "The Other" ending, and "The Spider Who Went Into The Cold"

As a result

Spider-Man has all of his regular powers, with the add ons of

He is a 20 tonner

Night Vision

Poisonous Stingers

Arhtropod Communication

Organic Webbing

Spider- Sense trained to precognitive levels in other words the level he trained it to in "The Spider Who Went Into the Cold"

Kung-Fu training from Shang Chi

Location: New York City starting at 300 feet apart.

Rules:

Morals off for everyone

Spider-Man is bloodlusted

No Doors for Midnighter

Midnighter and Deathstroke get 2 hours of Prep Time


Weapons:

Spider-Man - Obviously his webs, Stingers, and from the What If issue mentioned above the modified web shooters that fired adamantium bullets.

Midnighter - Staff and unlimited Shuriken

Deathstroke - Sword, semi-automatic pistol

Round 2

Virtually the same as round 1 with two differences.

1. Midnighter and Deathstroke do not have any mental ehancments. In other words no battle computer for Midnighter, and no 90 percent brain useage for Deathstroke


2. This time Spider-Man gets prep too, they all get 1 day of prep time.

Round 2 isn't even fair. You have essentially taken away what makes them both better than street level and put them against a fully jacked Spider Man who HAS PREP. That is spite.

Round 1 I'd probably give it to the team with the prep, though it's really close - lack of doors could make it tough for Midnighter, though I still think he could probably pull it off - the battle computer would eventually adapt to Spidey's spider sense and would give him an edge in combat, and at that point I don't think any of Spidey's other powers would really help given how fast and precise Midnighter is. I don't think it's far off from a stalemate tho, this Spider Man seems quite nasty.

I don't even think DS is much of a factor in this battle, for what it's worth. Midnighter is on a whole other level, as is this version of Spiderman.

Team 1 stomps. I still think Slade can give him a good fight. And Midnighter... well.... yeah.

Round 2 is either spite, or complete ignorance about the characters.

For round 1, the team has a pretty good chance of winning.

What kind of information do they have for prep.?(in both rounds)
