Midnighter & Apollo (new 52) vs Captain America & Thor

Fight takes place in New York City.

I don't have an opinion on who would win Cause i honestly don't know much about apollo or midnighter. So i would like to see who these guys can stack up against basically.

Thor solos. Apollo hasn't done much worth mentioning apart from smashing some meteors. He punched Martian Manhunter in the face to no effect. Midnighter KO'd Jack, beat Grifter and killed a Red Lantern, but he still needs more showings before I can say he'd turn Cap inside out.

yeah i was thinking thor may beat apollo. but based on midnighter's abilities, you don't think he would beat cap? predicting every move he would make and doesn't he have a healing factor?

yeah i was thinking thor may beat apollo. but based on midnighter's abilities, you don't think he would beat cap? predicting every move he would make and doesn't he have a healing factor?

I have no idea what Midnighter's current powerset is supposed to be. First he can predict exactly what the Scourge of Worlds is going to do, then it changes and becomes that he can identify an opponent's weaknesses by looking at them................so far, he hasn't shown a healing factor.

Pre-52 Midnighter would feed Cap his own shield.

inaccurate, pre new 52 midnighter would rape cap with a jackhammer, THEN feed him his own shield XD but seriously im pretty sure midnighter still has weakness analysis and predictive abilities like the ones shown in stormwatch # and i think that plus his own skill could overwhelm cap

its hard to tell how powerful new 52 apollo is, because apparently martian manhunter could put up a fight against the entire justice league in justice league #8. i think thor could deplete apollos solar reserves if they beat on each other long enough, and takeout midnighter after he kills captain america.

thor hurts them both,no need for cap.
