Mid-Powerhouse Tournament

What is this?

This is a Mid-Tier tournament that I am trying as Powerhouse tournaments are commonly used, and are hard to do as characters do some insane feats. So I am going to try and keep this as easy and fun as I can.

Who can you have?

• Each person is allowed 3 characters
• Marvel, DC, Image, Valiant Darkhorse, Manga, TV Shows, Movies, ect are all usable.

Limitations

• No reality warping beings.
• No time manipulating beings.
• No one who can transmute others. ( You can transmute surroundings or objects, but no actual character )
• No immortal beings
• No one with running speed faster than Quicksilver
• No one with flying speed faster than light
• A being can only stay in another dimension for 5 minutes ( Example: Mirror Master )
• No one with physical strength above Skaar
• No one with durability of city+ destruction
• No one with energy projection above Captain Marvel
• No telepathy more powerful than Rachel Grey's.

What Will They Know

• Every team will have basic knowledge on each other. For example, say someone chooses She-Hulk, they will know she has superhuman strength, durability, and a healing factor, but they won't more foreign stuff like how she's a good fighter and such.
• Each team will have an hour to scout around the battle location to know the location

Other stuff to be considered

• Each team will have 3 hours of prep to gather resources.
• I'm aiming for 16 teams.

How about this?

hypersonic speeds, such as going 347 miles in 3.7 seconds, which is 98 times the speed of sound. the typical lighting bolt move about 3700 miles per second. That's 17, 499 times the speed of sound. Quicksilver has run from the Himalayas to Indonesia and back in just the few seconds, In the time USA Agent has breif talk with Wasp, and he also travel half the globe (planet) in just 92 seconds.

I believe a few pages later he stated it took him 92 seconds to run half way across the world. So him moving faster then radio waves would either be hyperbole or WIS. Still pretty fast.

If he is lightspeed he would of been able to go around the world over 7 times in less then 1 second.

Edit: I misread your post, I thought you were saying he is lightspeed for going around the world in 92 seconds.

Wasn't he empowered by the Terrigan Mist during that instance? Because the side effect of it were dramatically increased powers, such as being able to move so fast he could teleport into the future and he was also super paranoid while on Terrigan mist.
