Ice-Man is really powerful, and Iron Fist's regular attacks won't do much to Ice-Man if his fists will just go through him. His chi attacks may be useful, but I think Ice-Man's own X-Men training (courtesy of Xavier) could pair up with his Ice Attacks to keep Iron Fist from causing too much damage. He could even freeze Iron Fist.

My first move will be Bobby making it rain to make this battle more epic!

Now, for my methods of winning :

1) Freezing Iron Fist

2) Freezing Iron Fist from the inside

Heck, his ice can even effect beings like Juggernaut.

And before anyone says "OHHHH ICE-MAN CANZ ONLY BE SNOW. SNOW BLASTS ARE USELESS"

Loki also enhanced Ice-Man's powers, so this should be a factor as well.

Not to mention Ice-Man's blasts are near absolute zero.

Ice-Man also has a pseudo-Healing factor, and can turn from ice to human to relieve damage/injuries.

Iron Fist's attacks will also be blocked.
