But yeah, for opening points quickly. I have the very large factor that Deadshot is at best, peak human. Meggan is one of the most powerful beings in this tournament, and one of the strongest mutants around. She caps out around the limit for superhuman stats in this tournament and has a plethora of abilities that'll give her an edge in a way that a bullet won't help Deadshot.

Ok this is how it goes deadshot sneaks in unseen then gets a shot at meggan's head with a ak-47 or rocket,and for those who thanks he can't fight hand to hand at all here is a few scans

Yeah no.

Firstly, Here is Meggan demonstrating how she is at one with nature, so she possesses an innate knowledge of her surroundings by feeling with the lifeforce of the planet. You can't sneak up on her, it's impossible.

Therefore, Deadshot's biggest asset in this fight is already lost.

Now secondly, Meggan has shown that her superhuman stats are good enough that she can dodge bullets from a helicopter, so she'll be able to outmanoeuvre the assassin.

Meggan is actually a brilliant tactician, she led the armies of hell to revolt against their very masters, and she knows about using her opponents weaknesses against them. Here she demonstrates her electromagnetic abilities to shut down the helicopter, so equally, she could release a pulse that would nullify all of Deadshot's tech, rendering him weaponless and defenseless.

Finally, the end game. How's Deadshot going to hold up against a fire tornado? Not well me thinks.

@Backflip: WOOHOO, I'm a buddy! Still, this your debate, don't try to get any help from us. JK, to be honest, don't know much about Meggan, from the scans your posting she has a chance, but Deadshot is pretty skilled, he might be able to sneak a bullet in the back of her head.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and right now, your argument seems to be the better of the two. DT might have technical troubles or the such on his end though.

Also, how's he going to put a bullet in her head when his guns don't work? She's quick enough to dodge anyway. He'll never get behind her is my other point.

@Backflip: Lol, i was just kiddin. Sh!t you don't my help, you're doing perfectly fine on your own. Thing is, he doesn't need to get behind her, a nicely planted, sneaky rebound shot is all it would take. IDK how good DS is at prep, but i'm sure he's no slouch. Does he have info on Megan's EMP so that he may have a way to counter it.

@Backflip: From the scans you posted it seems almost impossible for deadshot to win if his element of surprise is gone and his weapons can be nullified.

@TheGraySon: It is. Deadshot is battling way out of his league. He's a decent Batman villain sure. But Meggan has stood up to the Juggernaut, fought against Hell Lords in their own dimension, taken down Captain Britain. She's a powerhouse, who luckily for me, fits in the rules :P

Meggan wins via ripping Deadshot apart with her mind. Oh, morals are on. Ripping his weapons apart, then proceeds to literally beat him.

deadshot has visors in his suit so he can see meggan win she can't see him,and his amo is all in his suit he can go for the quick take out and it will be over

That scan proves nothing, it just shows he can shoot well, which we know. Also, you're obviously not looking at my argument cause otherwise you'd have recognized that Meggan's abilities allow her to sense where Deadshot is at ALL times. Furthermore, her ability to produce an EMP will knock our his visors, actually leaving Deadshot blind due to his helmet.

I want to point out, she's actually likely to be bullet proof. She's gone toe to toe with the Juggernaut and Captain Britain so it's unlikely Deadshot's bullets will even affect her.
