Michael Myers VS Bane (Dark Knight rises)

Battle takes place in Gotham city.

Both sides have no weapons.

The Dark Knight rises version of Bane is the one battling.

Bane stomps

While Michael can withstand damage he can still be tossed around and hurt though it would take a considerable amount of damage. However...Michael could catch Bane, but he would need to be quick with wounding him. But Bane more then likely gets the edge here and wins more often then not.

Michael relies on stealth and his superior crazy man strength. He doesn't have either here. Bane should take him apart (figuratively).

Michael Myers wins.

But Bane in the Dark Knight rises seems exactly the same amount strong as Michael. But isn't Michael twice as big?

Aside from the remakes(when he was like 6'8-6'9), the tallest Michael has been is 6'3 meanwhile the actor who played Bane was 5'9 however what I am seeing is he had to wear shoes to increase his height a couple of inches so he would be roughly just about the same size as Michael give or take. So the height difference, doesn't matter with or without the shoes really.

Michael Myers would win. In movies not even falling off 3 story homes could put him down. Same with pistols when he was shot 6 times and disappeared. Bane is just a strong human with martial art styles, but no where near as strong or as durable as Michael is.

Bane wins, I don't see Michael landing one blow on him. Sure he can tank a lot of damage, but eventually Bane will break him.

Movie Bane is a member of the League of shadows... you know... that organization that can disappear into a shadows and walk on thin ice...

How do you permanently put down Myers?

With significant damage. If nothing else, Bane could win via KO.

I would say Bane, but Myers is pretty durable and powerful, Bane would need to do some smart thinking.

Myers has only ever been KOd for a minute or two. Slasher villains are effectively undefeatable besides absolute dismemberment.

@nickzambuto: Well thats why when Michael is knocked down, Bane keeps hitting him over...and over..and over. Of course, if on a rooftop Bane could just kick Michael off a building and win that way by BFR. He has been kicked around before in Resurrection. Though Michael has shown the capacity to capture quick attacks, so...I mean it all depends really.

Michael will eventually just get up. As a matter of fact, I don't think blunt force is enough to KO him at all in the first place.

Perhaps not, he has tanked quite a few blunt attacks from shotguns, fists and kicks..of course the latter they weren't dealt by Bane but even still. /shrug

Bane was molded by dark.

But Michael Myers is a tank that can literally take hundreds of bullets and a dropkick from Busta Rhymes and walk away from it.

Michael has torn people's faces off with his hand and impaled people with a shotgun, and is arguably just as good at hiding in the shadows as Bane. Michael has definitely shown his "ninja skills" more than Bane has, if you look away from Michael for half a second he will be gone. The only thing Bane did was find Batman in a place that Bane already knew better than Batman.

Michael is also immortal and very cunning, not to mention that would be fighting to kill (unlike Batman). I don't see how Bane could beat him, he definitely couldn't kill him.

Michael getting knocked down by Busta Rhymes is a product of bad writing. He's been shot at point blank range in both eyes and all it did was impair his vision, he's been smacked across the face with a shotgun and didn't care at all, he's been set on fire, stabbed, ran over, shot out of a two story window, electrocuted, hanged, chainsawed, and it's all just a minor inconvenience for him.

After Micheal has suffered then Bane will give his persion to die.

@jagernutt: Bane was killed by those guns on Batman's motorcycle. If Michael got shot with those guns, he'd lay there until you think he's dead, then he'd get up and walk away when you aren't looking.

Could Bane find a way to stop Michael? Sure, but he couldn't kill him no matter what he did and in a one-on-one fight Michael will win because he'll never stay down. Bane will get tired long before the guy who can't die and will end up getting his mask torn off and his windpipe crushed.

Still thinking Bane, Michael withstanding bullets(even if they KO him) is great and all but that is piercing damage not blunt damage.

Now Michael's blunt durability is pretty good, being able to survive getting hit by trucks, taking a hit from a 10 gauge shotgun stock, and so on.

The thing that wins this for Bane imo, is due moreso to his speed and hard hitting punches. Michael has shown some pretty good strength to be sure, but he's never fought against someone like Bane, the closest person being Rhymes but that guy didn't have anywhere the strength Bane has in terms of offense and he was still able to knock around Michael.

So still giving this to Bane, with win via KO. Although Michael can get in some wins too.

@wolfrazer: Busta Rhymes being able to do that was bad writing IMO. Considering everything that has happened to Michael throughout the movies (getting clobbered in the face with a shotgun and not even flinching for example), it makes no sense that any normal person could kick him with enough force to send him flying backwards. The only time he gets thrown by something usually is when he gets hit by a speeding car. Unless Busta Rhymes kicks with the force of a speeding car (making him more powerful than Bane), then that shouldn't have happened IMO.

@thespidersilva: Eh the kicks Busta did weren't really that great, at best they just seemed to stagger Michael with the exception of the kick that sent him reeling back through a window.(although Busta did have a running start with that, but still /shrug). Busta shouldn't need to hit with the force of a car, Michael isn't that tall and his body weight isn't that big to where he wouldn't be moved anyway.

With Brady and the shotgun, there is the fact that Brady was thrown back, crashing into the wall behind and clearly he had hurt his shoulder, you clearly see him grab his shoulder in pain. So the swing that he made with the shotgun, would logically not be a full strength swing. There is also the difference in physicals between Busta and Brady, clearly Busta had the strength to actually stagger Michael, whereas Brady was unable to.

@wolfrazer: in strenuous situations people can show surprising strength despite being injured thanks to adrenaline. I've seen fighters break their arm or hand in a fight then KO their opponent with that same hand, so it's conceivable that he swung with full power even if he was injured. Still, getting hit with a shotgun is almost always going to do more damage than getting kicked.

@thespidersilva: Eh yeah but that's real life, we're talking horror movies here. :P Where Brady instead of moving and reloading, just stood there and watched as Michael came up the stairs.

Even still with that, Busta showed better physicals than Brady.

Although moot as Bane > both Busta and Brady combined.

Still think Bane has it, but Michael can win too.

@wolfrazer: Busta being more powerful than Brady is fine, but Michael showed inhuman strength several times throughout the series and easily overpowered everyone he came across. Busta shouldn't have been able to contend with Michael. Idk... that scene has always bothered me.

My opinion on the fight with Bane is that the longer it goes, the more it swings in Michael's favor. Michael will take everything and just keep going. Bane is still only human, and Michael would easily be the strongest opponent Bane has fought.

If Bane isn't the lead character in the story, he will lose via plot device. Myers is strong enough to jab his thumb through a human skull and into the brain cavity, strong enough to push over a metal barricade door with one arm and no signs of stress or struggle, can survive multiple gunshots to the chest, 3 story falls, getting hit by a truck and car repeatedly, electrocuted, burnt and stabbed.

Movie Bane cant do any of that.

@thespidersilva: I honestly I just took it as Busta Ryhmes > Micheal Myers, not that Micheal was weak. I mean he came back in the Reboot and was still kicking butt. Plus in the original series he was still a freaking tank that could take bullets. Bane may be more skilled, but Micheal Myers still has inhuman strength & silly durability. He should win after a decent fight.

This is one of the few battles that I'm gonna go with bane...he broke the bat....now he will break ... The Myers....sounded cooler in my head...

Bane will rip Michael Meyers apart and u tried to help Meyers out by taking away weapons because bane was gonna pump lead into Meyers all day a night but hand 2 hand is no good either because even though bane can not beat batman in a h2h fight he is hanging in there with one of the top 5 h2h fighters in dc
