I am closer to say Lucifer and Michael. I am not sure about this, since I am still not convinced about Vertigo's cannonity.

Lucifer and Michael even without the Demiurgos both solo Mikaboshi easily, they are omniversal.

Nope , only Michael possesses God's power . Lucifer contains God's will . Both of them supply something which the other lacks .
