if mewtwo can mindrape like i think he can then he wins......because he has moves like psychic confusion recover......storm has all the other elements but psychic pokenigs are only greatly effected by ghost they beat every other element pretty easy

Storm wins here in less than a conscious thought. Storm is faster and more powerful. Storm can block all of Mewtwo's attack.

Reality warping for one. Speed is way better than what storm can contend with as mewtwo has mach 90 attack speed and counter attack sends back any physical attack at twice the power it was sent.

@those_eyes: Have you ever noticed how both Mewtwo and Crobat have massively hypersonic combat speed (and the same, at that) as well as both having base 130 speed? I never would have guessed that actual logic exists in Pokemon anime!

Pfft Storm....

She keeps her distance and she's got him.

Immune to tp, and has the quick reflexes to boot. I give it to Storm by way of under estimation....Mewtwo just never gets the job done because he's so arrogant and Storm is just more tactical(anime versions).

pretty much. genesect was about to blow them away and mewtwo blitzedmaking genesect move in slow mow while all the pokemon and huans watching look frozen. Aswell mewtwo reached space in under 20 seconds which is around 62.5 miles so by flight speed he covered about 3 miles per 1 second but with teleportation he can travel nearly world wide instantly. Also mewtwo still has a better advantage dud to his shields being non breakable. anyways besides all that mewtwo survived reentry from space without harm even from the impact without any shields up. i just cant see storm winning this. heck mewtwos manga feats havent even been mentioned yet he is just too versitile and his physicals are far above storm.

Mewtwo can mega evolve then use Psyshock bc it doesn't miss and GG.

Well their barrier shield havent shown to be broken. . Genesect was able to match y form mewtwo in speed for a little while until mewtwo got more serious. Genesect is hypersonic for the most part but not as fast in reaction or travel speed compared to a serious mega y mewtwo.

True. Mewtwo still broke the escape velocity speed when he bfr genesect. Supposedly that speed is around 25,000 mph required to escape earths gravitational field. Ill have to look into it more.

Sorry for the bump. (please don't attack me) Storm has faced tp way power than his. A very long list of telepaths she has encountered over the years. She strained Jean Grey Tk with wind. Countered Candra tk with a lightning field who is on par with Jean Grey. Countered Pyslocke tk with lightning which Rachel commented that it was way stronger than hers. She also used a jovian pressure field to contain a nuke. She told Rachel to use her tk to protect the car and ella from being crushed and it strained her to the max. According to his wiki he has the strength part on her. The speed is questionable I've seen massively hypersonic to Sub-Relativistic on a wiki. Don't know if it's legit for Mewtwo. Storm with good reaction speed is massively hypersonic. Ignoring those light speed reactions that have been debunk. Using disable would only make Storm mad. Dr. Doom did it to her and she subconsciously created a storm. When she got free she released havoc. I see also his weakness one of his weakness is air manipulation and ghost Pokemon and he's against an advanced air manipulator.

@deathbyants: they used to be. The second movie was referenced in the anime once. I don't know of they are now

Mewtwo is faster and he can boost his physical and special defense and attack with moves like bulk up and calm mind Mewtwo can also heal itself with recover I'm sure Mewtwo could win without doing all the stuff I just mentioned.
