They start 100 yards away

Shadow gets the chaos emeralds if needed

There fighting in New York

Both are bloodlusted

No mindwipe/rape

True. Is it out of character for Shadow to speed blitz? I would assume not but, I'm not 100%.

Shadow could speedblitz, but Mewtwo has a forcefeild, really depends because Shadow is hypersonic and might be able to before Mewtwo can react.

@XImpossibruX: I guess it could go either way then depending on if that worked or not.

Shadow. In base he outstats and in his super form it’s a huge stomp. Shadow can resist mind hax in base and in super form.
