• Round 1
• Both combatants are in character. No outside help will be permitted.
• Battle Field Removal is allowed, however, it cannot be used to secure a win.
• Incapacitation, knockout, death, and surrender will count as wins.
• Charachters will not have the chance to prepare any fight plan or tactics.

• Mewtwo is Bloodlusted

• Round 3
• Hulk is Bloodlusted

• Round 4
• Both characters are Bloodlusted
• Both characters have 1 hour prep time

Let's see... A planetary scale telepath that can cause island level+ freak storms and has moderate time manipulation and can teleport moderately big land masses without any kind of amp...

This is base Hulk I assume. Prep won't do Hulk much good.

I give rounds 1, 2 and 4 to Mewtwo due to versatility and firepower. A bloodlusted Hulk might be able to pull a win on round 3, because of his pissed-off factor.

@lucano: That's cute and all but Hulk has taken anything from continental level attacks to planetary+ with a smile and a bloody nose and even the Hulk that is in that picture which is Doc Green(who recently shook an entire continent just by punching Red Hulk in the face) and is one of the scariest people in Marvel with prep actually since he has Extremis in his brain that made him smarter then Banner ever was. I mean the guy built his own time travel machine that gave him access to Kangs trophy room which is filled with every kind of thing you can imagine. Hulk has shrugged off planetary level telepaths before and beings with even more powerful telepathic abilities.

However does he have counters to planet level TK and time manipulation?

I understand how durable even regular Hulk is, also how much punch he packs, however I still give Mewtwo the edge due to versatility.

@lucano: Yes he has resisted planet level TK before and has actually resisted time manipulation to some degree, but how powerful is Mewtwo's time manipulation? Can it even work on someone like Hulk? Also this Hulk has nanites under his fingertips which allow him to teleport himself and others with doors.

Versatility is often mistaken for quality. There are Chunin level Naruto characters that have ten times the versatility Hulk has but can't even hope to scratch him. Mewtwo can have all the powers he wants but if they can't actually put Hulk down it's pointless. The guy has spent his entire existence fighting versatile opponents and still overcoming the odds.

Mewtwo stomps. Do people even know who Mewtwo is? He is like a magneto + darth vader + jean grey on steroids. He simply lifts Hulk up and rips him in half.

@hylian: Very psychic attacks? Unless there plant busting they arnt hurting hulk, as for disable, that can only effect one move at a time after its uses. Has even been showed to work on Human, even if it does Hulk arguably could Heal his way out if it

@hylian: i dont think agentghost rider realizes how versatile mewtwo is. Thunderclap is useless since mewtwo has shields and canteleport and has super speed.

@mightythunderbird: Just a recommendation for future threads, if you are not sure if the scan/picture is the exact version you wish to use forma tour battle, specify it within the battle's rules.

If as you said this is base Hulk, I stand by my original opinion, Mewtwo wins rounds 1, 2 and 4.

Mewtwo has the edge in versatility and speed, while Hulk in raw power. I just see Mewtwo winning because he has more ways of putting Hulk down.

You are talking about Hulk from the movie Hulk Vs, yet you used a picture of Hulk from the comics and you didn't specify it otherwise. How am i suppose to guess what you are talking about when you don't specify anything?

That's the Ultimate universe, it has nothing to do with 616/mainstream Hulk.

@hylian Where does it say Mewtwo can't be touched? You do realize Hulk has broken through herald level to Skyfather level shields, how the hell is Mewtwo's little insignificant barrier gonna hold him?

@lucano Mewtwo has no ways of putting Hulk down, i already said this. Versatility is useless if it can't actually harm Hulk. List me those various ways he can put Hulk down?

@those_eyes Can Mewtwo shields stand the force of a nuke? Are they as durable as a Skyfather level shield? Because Hulk has that force and has broken through shields like that.

@agentghostrider: Well that would be taking game mechanics into account. Still I don't think Mewtwo's power level is enough to really harm the Hulk. Sorry for a late reply, I'm new to Vine (although I have frequented the site for some time now) and am in all of the veteran posters' care.

@theredheadedyeti: Yea if Hulk has broken through Stranges, Collectors, Nate Greys, Umars barriers and shattered barriers that only Black Bolts voice and Thors Mljonir could with his fists alone then Mewtwo can't hope to contain him... Honestly this a mismatch in every way.

@atheistknowledge: Oh absolutely. Mewtwo is just not that powerful. Hell, in the new anime he's taken down by a mega evolved charizard...granted it took a few pokemon to whittle his stamina down, but are a few pokemon capable of taking Hulk down? No. Never.
