How is "he faced worse" argument not work? It's been an argument topic on Comicvine since forever to show a feat. Like taking down someone like Darkseid would be a feat.

His storm affected a small portion of the ocean that couldn't even collapse trainers on Pokemon.

Big deal he broke machinery..... he got beaten by Giovanni with basic machines.

The "He's faced worse' argument doesn't work because each battle has a set of circumstances, Godzilla has fought other monsters his size, moving at his speed, that used physical attacks, he has never faced an opponent like Mewtwo, that's like me saying Batman can beat Superman because he's "Faced worse" when he went up against Darkseid, when in actuality Batman beat Darkseid due to very particular circumstances. I understand both characters, and I know what Godzilla can and can't do, he can't catch Mewtwo, he can't survive his organs and being attacked with TK, and his Atomic breath, even if it hits its mark, won't, his Force Field can negate it, I say TK is the solution, because TK is the solution, Giovanni ''fried'' him with a device specifically designed to suppress his powers, and had him bound up, Godzilla doesn't have such a device.

Mewtwo has never crushed anyone organs from the inside, that is just speculation and what "you think he could do." Mewtwo couldn't even beat Mew or get past it's forcefield.

Say what? only godzillas to be owned by human were original Goji in 54 and Fraudzilla from 98. The pokemon are screwed. Godzilla is prettymuch unstopable. They tried TP on him in in one movie and it sort of worked untill godzilla changed his mind. He survived a Blackhole gun so No TK crush is gonna do it.

Arceus is pretty much the Living Tribunal (or higher) of the pokeverse. By definition, Godzilla is doomed. Adding Mewtwo is an unnecessary overkill.

I've been searching through battle threads lately, and this "ABC" logic comes up. I'm unfamiliar with it. Can you elaborate what it is, and why it's fallacious?

ABC Logic is when you say that because Character A beats Character B and Character B beats Character C. Character A must therefore also beat Character C.

An example would be something along the lines of "Wolverine Beat Captain America, Captain America Beat Iron Man...therefore Wolverine would beat Iron Man".

The reason it is frowned upon is because it doesn't take any specifics about those fights or explain why the results would be the same. There might be a very specific reason why Character A beat Character B that would not apply if Character A were to fight Character C.

Putting aside TK for a moment...

Unless anyone can give me an example of Godzilla being immune to mind control, isn't this a curbstomp battle because of Mewtwo's psychic and telepathic powers? As stated, he HAS mindwiped hundreds of people rather effortlessly...

I'm pretty sure Godzilla has resisted telepathic abilities in both Space Godzilla movie AND the Biolante movie.

Also someone mentioned that mewtwo can cause storms by waving his fingers...ok? Sp your saying a couple of storms are going to stop godzilla? what lightninng strikes? huge waves of water? what exactly do you guys mean by that? natural disasters won't work on godzilla because in a sense godzilla himself is his own natural disaster..he also resisited a nuke, oxygen destroyer, volcanic magma..etc.

Arceus may be the one real threat in this fight, but in the movie he took on the 3 shino legendary pokemon who are all of which onkly 1/5 of godzillas size, although they do posses cosmic energy Arceus didn'tshow anything that godzilla can't handle other than powerful cosmic energy attacks that were similar to Space godzillas. and seeing as how godzilla could resist cosmic energy in fights against, SG, Gigan, Monster x. Godzilla has a chance against him and I say with godzillas limitless radiaton and regenerating abilities he survives long enough to get a killing beam on him You gotta remember Arceus redirecting attacks only worked on the cosmic legendarys because Arceus is resistant to the cosmic energy having formed the pokeverse. It was never stated he can redirect any and all energy. Whos to say godzillas huge radiated beam won't have an effect on arceus. Arceus redirected HUGE beamns of energy at the 3 legendarys and it seemed to only push them to the ground. not even no brusises or sign of TKO or death. Godzila has done this to creatures far beyond Arceus. Arceus is not omnipotent people. Thats like saying mew and celbei are omnipotent, they posses unique and pwerful abilites but they are not invincible or more powerful than most pokemon or anything for that matter.

Mewtwo is an a extremly powerful pokemon, and since he is a psychic physical attacks wont work on Godzilla, but mental attacks he is gone. Arceus i'm not so sure this whole thing about legendaries is so confusing and making claims that I don't understand. If Mew is to have ALL the blood(DNA) of every pokemon then Arceus shouldn't be called the God of all Pokemon. Also whats weird haha is that Mewtwo is to be said to be the most Powerful pokemon ever.
