Colossus vs Ironclad of U-Foes

Ironclad:

Ability to transform into metal form and control his density. Superhuman strength as well as experienced in hand-to-hand combat.

Colossus:

Ability to transform his body into "organic steel" granting him superhuman strength, stamina, and durability.

Colossus is definately the stronger (Colossus approching 100 tonnes and Ironclad at 60 tonnes) and quite possibly more durable. From the examples of Ironclads fights, Colossus is also more agile and has faster reactions. With the hand to hand training Colossus has had, I don't see Colossus losing.
