Mercs vs Grey Hulk

Story:Generic Vegas Mob Boss puts out a bounty to take down Joe Fixit, the Grey Hulk. Only five mercs got the guts, balls, and/or skillz to take the job. They are: Deadpool, Taskmaster, Bullseye, Deadshot, and Deathstroke.

Rules:

•Mercs gets a week to prep using their combined resources (they can't use anything that's obviously OP, if they have any)

•Their knowledge on their target is limited to whatever the Marvel mercenaries know about him

•Mercs all have basic knowledge on members they don't know through reputation and whatever they tell each other during the prep week

•Mercs are in character, morals off

•Dc is pre 52, Marvel are current/last seen versions

•Joe Fixit knows there's a bounty on him, but not who's after him

•Joe is in character

•Win by KO, death or incap.

•No bfr

•Fight takes place in Vegas

•Mercs and Hulk start 20 feet away except for Deadshot, who is set up on a rooftop though can come down later.

Any thoughts? Also just realized the team the team may need a heavy-weight, so I'll take any suggestions( has to make sense though, no thing or any heroes)

Depends on what they can bring

Mercs with prep can win. If they bring a device that can impair him for a short while they can sloice him up pretty nicely and go with a temporary K.O.

@nighthunder: may I ask why those two are the deciding factors?

I'm iffy that even with prep these guys can take a Grey Hulk. I suppose with Adamantium bullets or something, but outside of that I think they'd find themselves outclassed.

Depends on what equipment they can bring.

and the fact of dp's crazy regen and endless satchel, so putting him down alone will be a bit tough
