Mera, water manipulation is a b*tch when you're at the docks of NY ... lots of water..... Jenny drowns...

Mera is ery much out of her weight class here, wo she is going to get stomped if she tries to get physical with Jen. However if she gets her in the water, where she is far more manueverable, she could pull a win. However I'm leaning towards Jen just because of the big strength advantage.
