on earth undecided but i lean towards mephisto slighty.

Zeus would never give up, but he would die. Unless it is outside Mephisto's realm were he becomes a jobber.

Zeus wins in a neutral dimension. Mephisto is quite the jobber.

Properly written i would give it to Mephisto.

On paper: Zeus.

Feat-wise: Mephisto.

Featwise I'm not so sure since Mephisto has plenty of low feats to balance out his handful of higher ones. Going by feats doesn't mean just the high ones count.

Just going by what I've seen from Zeus(taking on The Avengers and beating the crap out of Hulk), I don't see him, on average, overpowering Mephisto.

Low, average, and high-end feats accounted for.

Fair enough. Personally I think I'd give it to Zeus based on feats. Mephisto has lost or been stalemated by Thor twice in his own realm. Zeus has no real low showings, one shot the Avengers after becoming enraged, took a blast from Monica Rambeau that Thor compared to the power of Odin like it was nothing and has put Pluto in his place many times over and Pluto is basically a team buster.

He had a decent fight with Galactus who is most likely above the highest of skyfathers

Stalemated a Zarathos-"Enhanced" ghost rider for a while (the same Zarathos who one shotted hell lords)

Beating the avengers these days is not a great feat Ghost Rider soloed them thanos with no boosts did it...

in his realm mephisto after a good fight on anywhere else zeus after a good fight.

As I said, he has feats all over the place but I think I would definitely favor Zeus outside of hell and even there there is precedent for Zeus being able to beat him. Mephisto's feats are so far apart that its virtually impossible to draw any sort of consistency between them or give him a definite power level either inside his realm or outside of it.
