I dont know about DC team, but both the marvel demonic entities on a neutral plane have been thus far massively unimpressive. Mephisto has versatility, but raw power wise, being able to one shot Silver Surfer, once, remains his best feat (at least to the best of my knowledge)
I think i gotta give this battle to the shade, since the guy has incredibly powers and it was stated that the Spectre would have problems defeating the shade.
