@nelomaxwell: Yusuke is much faster (he reacted to and punched a bolt of lightning the 4 Saint Beasts arc, and was ridiculously faster than that by EOS) and his strength feats (striking) are better than what Meliodas has shown.
Yusuke was also *legit* country level based on feats - far higher based on statements - unlike Meliodas, whose feat of destroying a city-state is shrouded in mystery and lack of context.
I'd say meliodas due to the fact that it never stated anything about yusuke being able to come back to life and meliodas can pretty much destroy a whole village, city and town, Not to mention he can deflect magic energy and projectile blast. Meliodas can pretty much come back to life after death due to his curse and the more times he dies the more evil, stronger and ruthless he becomes not to mention he loses feeling of his emotions And if he let yusuke attack him for a good amount of time for meliodas to charge up revenge counter yusuke would pretty much be vaporized.

is best not to mention City, Town or anytype of Busting abilities, 99% of the time they are AOE attacks, a sword attack with no AOE can be just as strong as a City/mountain Destroying Attack, Melioda wins due to better animation, Yu YU hakusho is too old and details of what yusuke can do is very hard to determine, but is not an easy win,
Meliodas stomps Yu Yu Hakusho is my all time favorite anime, but there is too many character statements and not enough feats backing up said statements to Have Yusuke contend with Current Meliodas.
I think it's close, but Meliodas FTW with full counter, Yusuke has no knowledge of it, and would therefore attack, and get owned by it like everyone Meliodas fights who doesn't know about it (they should be similar in speed).
Yusuke clubs him, those character statements are incredibly consistent with each towards the end of the series and there is nothing to debunk otherwise and the characters aren't going to bust countries/continents for plot reasons anyway. Hell Sensui seemingly was able to shake the entire planet at 1/5 of his power.

@greenroost: How is Yusuke legit country level? His feats are pretty lackluster compared to current Meliodas tier characters. Yusuke caps out at island level with his current feats, while Meliodas should also be island level, but has more abilities.

Full Counter doesn't work on non magic attacks. Yusuke's attacks are made up of Aura, so the OP would need to equalise energies for Full Counter to work.
Yusuke was only a low S class demon when he fought Sensui and casually destroyed a mountain. After three kings arc he is a high SSS class. He toys with Meliodas.
Yusuke still wins Melodias at least can destory countries but Yusulke's endurance and sprit gun could literally devastate way bigger landmarks than anything Melodias could do.
Full counter is overrated besides not being 100% effective at all times this is a magic counter movement ... Yusuke doesn't use magic
Yusuke is not limited to a linear energy attack (Spirit-Gun) his energy manipulation is quite decent in addition to Spirit Gun he has:
-Spirit Gun Barrage
-Demonic Spirit Gun
-Spirit Shotgun
- Spirit Wave
he can increase the power of his punches even kicks and reflect energy (limited) with Spirit Punch
Yusuke masters two types of energy:
-Reiki: spiritual energy
-Youki: energy demonic
Yusuke(Rank-SS) is able to fight for 60 hours without stopping energy and stamina is not a problem for him and has some level of regeneration. Spiritual energy and demonic energy can be fueled by intense emotions. Yusuke is a youkai / demon part he can transform what grants a Boost of power and statistics (Youkai / Mazoku)
Youkais have an insane resistance to attacks that make use of extreme temperatures and the battle aura of a powerful Youkai (Youki) can easily kill
I do know feats wise using the anime Kurama pulls a continental or country level feat, I did a video on it.
As for yusuke... he scales above light speed feats since detective saga, the yyh databooks support musashi using photonic light speed attacks, and the reigan being a light gun according to its name pun and what it's made of per Togashi.
Then we have astral Yusuke...the same guy who with puu can fly to spirit world which as botan describes in volume 2 is very far away where light doesnt reach...yusuke was even black bbn out of orbit the same volume.
Then we factor in that spirit energy isnt a fixed speed...and just calculate his increase since then. According to sensei Yusuke has a healing regeneration factor and recovery time.
And since demons have cores and no real vitals. He may have to slice Yusuke in half. And hope he doesnt wake the mazoku side which per Japanese and English viz is implied to be an order of magnitude of an increase... so if we are compositing anime feats...yusuke may just power up and vaporize meliodas on a spiritual and physical level as Toguro did in the DT
Yusuke solos the verse, he would fodderize sensui who pulverized beheaded hill from the shockwave of his punch, which is at least country + to lrge country.
AFAIK Yusuke is far stronger yeah but Mel has pretty good hax. And can surely keep up in speed with Yusuke AFAIK. So EoS Mel can take it with hax. How fast was Yusuke btw?
Men, been 2 months but seeing this now. And with the 2009 guide w/ claiming Yusuke has the power of a STAR! in his body, and given Yusuke can utilize more of his potential.
Plus Genkai claiming he's a planet buster...
Oh and Yusuke destroying a continent size arena and knocking demons off the PLANET...
