She can only use it one perday and it requires alot of energy to use it, she prepared at least 3-5 seconds to do that, she use that if she's in dangerous or something like attack thta she can't be avoided...

Mei honestly, ninja is faster than assasin beside that Mei attack type is area-destructive, Esdeath is mid area and single, Mei is not like Hidan.. I dunno if Esdeath could freeze Mei's lava
