Meggan Vs Iceman

The battle takes place in : Florida , keys.

The story : Meggan feels the world going cold and finds out iceman is behind it and she is the only hero on earth and she and iceman get's ready to battle.

The battle preparation time is : Three minutes for both sides.

The rules : It's defeat by any means.

Meggan is an empathic elemental shapeshifter : Sense the emotions and feelings of living beings and things and influence them > manipulate and absorb and release elemental energy which includes water and other elements and can focus those elemental energies and draw energy from the earth and command magnetic fields > adapt to her physical environment and become resistant to things such as the cold without changing shape to adapt to it > change her shape into any living being or thing and even those who only exist in legends and gain a power of another superhuman by taking on her or his looks.

Vs

Iceman : See living beings and things heat signature > create ice in the shape he desires > cover his body with and become a being of ice > freeze people and objects > generate ice clones of himself > replace damage done and remake himself if destroyed.

Hmmm... I'm not sure if Crystal has enough strength and power to beat Iceman but she has more elements to control I'm still seeing crystal wins this.

Whats the best feats for Meggan ? since ultimate Iceman hasn't done anything on the scale of 616 or AoA Iceman.

@hellionvulcan: Well i liked that young meggan look , so found a young looking iceman to match it but what is listed above still stands as far as power goes. Meggan has demonstrated the abilities to turn into sentient sand or water > turned into a female mirror of the silver surfer and juggernaut > freezing enemies by rapidly dropping the air temperature around them > used her elemental powers to affect man-made objects like her actually making the atoms in a building's roof move apart and creating a hole in the roof that resealed itself (without a trace of ever having had a hole in it) once she had passed though it (which suggests that meggan's elemental powers may have a small telekinetic quality to them) > she has even been observed causing electromagnetic pulses by commanding the magnetic fields around her. She basically speaks to nature and command the environment around her and her emotional state can affect the local ecosystems to a degree.

...is this 616 or Ult Iceman? That's ultimate Iceman in the image, and if it is him then it's a complete stomp in Meggan's favor.

@thunderbolt30: I picked a young looking meggan and want it a young looking iceman. The things i listed still stands,iceman is pretty touch but meggan can put up a good fight.

Meggan could potentially persuade Iceman not to fight, and then have him BFR himself. Otherwise, her elemental powers don't rival Iceman's... ice.
