Megatron runs a gauntlet

We're usin' IDW Generation 1 continuity Megatron, but his Marvel Comics Generation 1 continuity feats counts too. This version of Megatron is able to lift 2000 tons, an' his Fusion Cannon has enough power ta eradicate a small town with one fully powered blast an' it has the range of 12 miles. He also is a very tactical an' ruthless battlefield commander.

Some of his feats are below. But first, here are the rounds:

Round 1: Depowered hero version of Juggernaut (Juggy gets 4 days of prep, Megatron gets none).

Round 2: The (Spiky) Thing, classic Colossus an' Rhino (from the Spectacular Spiderman show) (they get 48 hours of prep, Megatron gets none).

Round 3: Classic Abomination (gets 48 hours of prep, Megatron gets none).

Round 4: Red Hulk (Loeb Force off, gets 24 hours of prep, Megatron gets 2 hours of prep).

Round 5: Apocalypse (the one that beat Hulk, also jobber aura off if that version was jobbin' in some other comic) (gets 24 hours of prep).

Round 6: Normally powered classic Juggernaut (he gets no force-field though, an' he gets no prep, Megatron gets a day of prep).

Round 7: Classic Savage Hulk (neither gets prep).

Round 8: Atrocitus (the one that beat Martian Manhunter an' Apollo on his own, but right now he's at full power an' gets no prep, Megatron gets 2 days of prep).

Round 9: Mongul (senior, Pre-Crisis version, Megatron gets 6 months of prep).

Morals off for everyone, an' Megatron is fully recovered between all rounds.

@ilikedonuts: I think he takes a majority up to 4, I see it going either way there. He might take a minority for the next few rounds. Also, what exactly does that cannon of his fire? I never got into the Transformer comics, it looks like some kinda plasma sumthin...

I think it's some kinda energy he fires. also, I forgot ta mention, his Fusion Cannon can also convert any kinda small amount of matter into large explosive nuclear energy. It can also be connected with a black hole, so it can draw anti-matter as it's power source. But it also puts him in great pain, so it aint flawless

He's going up against BIG powerhouses, they are all stronger than him in terms of strength.

Honestly I don't see how he can compete with these guys.

Stops at 5. A non-jobbin Apocalypse is absolutely ruthless and very tough for any one character to beat. Plus he's immortal... so there's that. I don't think Megatron's immortal.

@ilikedonuts: I understand Megatron's no joke, that's how he made it to round 5. Apoc. though.... yeah a non-jobbin apocalypse..... it's difficult to think of any one character short of the vaunted Silver Surfer beating him.... and even there it's probably questionable. Personally, i'd have put Apocalypse higher on the list, put him in Savage Hulks place.... but then Megatron wouldn't get past Classic Jug. A non-depowered Juggernaut can only be beat via BFR.... something Megatron won't do because, frankly he's just not bright enough to figure it out. He's all about shoot and punch... which won't work at all against classic Jug.

guess yer right. Megatron is actually quite smart when he needs ta be, but sometimes doesn't think stuff out very well, an' Juggernaut's invulnerable so Megatron's brute force aint gonna stop Juggy. ok, I agree with ya, Apocalypse an' Juggy at normal power could take Megatron.

@ilikedonuts: he was fighting WWH quite evenly, and colossus has been upgraded so much over the last 10-20 years honestly i dont know where i would class him, he broke free of magneto and magneto has held 100,000 of tons

I don't think Abomination can take Megatron…I mean, if I aint mistakin', classic Abomination is a 200 tonner, while Megatron is a 2000 tonner.

Ross might be able to, though.

Classic Hulk maybe "officially" ranked as a 100 tonner..but he has many feats well above that. And so does Abom.

Ye I know classic Hulk's way stronger than that, but I was talkin' about Abomination. Most people call him a 200 tonner, but I might'a underrated Abomination's strength, but Megatron's a real strong dude too.

@ilikedonuts People call him that based off the 100 tonner ranking given to Hulk and how Emil was usually at least twice as strong as "base Hulk". Either that..or there was an old ranking that put him at that level. I honestly don't remember at the moment. I do remember Blonsky whooping Hulk's ass in his first fight though..

@sheryinistoosexy: Since when is strength everything? Juggernaut have no good speed feats and is clumsy, his main thing is his durability yeah but without force fields i am not sure if he can tank full power of the fusion cannon.
He is not invulnerable without force fields and i believe Megatron is a city buster at full power and since he gets prep he could probably take Juggs.

I think he stops at round 7. But he might make it if he keeps distance from The Hulk.

prolly 5 but if he passes it he stops at 8 only if he plays it smart though could he beat round 7.

Megatron stops at Red Hulk. His fight with Devastator in All Hail Megatron was PIS just to make Megatron look like a strong leader

Apocalypse stops him but the fight would be cool the decepticons have a new leader.

I don't know a lot about The Hulk but i know his powers and i burrowed some old comic books before he joined Avengers. He was more of a beast back then.

I doubt Megatron is only at nuke level. Skywatched dropped a kinetic harpoon on him and it barely hurt him. He's either a little above nuke level or sub continent level
