Megaman X vs. Samus Aran

Both get all their power-ups, suits/armors, hax, and stuff.

Edit: Can't he just stop time with Dark Hold and Nova Strike the crap out of her? While I'm personally leaning for X, I want to hear your opinions.

@nerdchore: With all equipment. He can use it for an unlimited amount of time, as he will be constantly resupplying himself with weapon energy.

I mean how long does it take him to use the move. cause samus has a variety of ways of knocking mega man out if its not instant.

@nerdchore: From what I can remember. It seems to be instant.

Dark Hold (ダークホールド Dāku Hōrudo^?) is a Special Weapon obtainable in Mega Man X5 by defeating Dark Dizzy. It can stop time in X and Zero's surroundings; the duration of the weapon depends on the Weapon Energy, and canis shut off. Because it is activated as soon as the Special Weapon button is pushed, it cannot be charged. To deactivate Dark Hold, either simply go to the weapons screen and choose another Special Weapon or use a Giga Attack.

The Skiver is one of, if not, the only boss that can be frozen by this weapon - all other bosses are otherwise immune to the Dark Hold.

Seems pretty instant to me.

@synchronized_123: ok fair enough, but what makes that one boss susceptible to it and the others immune? how do you know it will even affect samus?

@nerdchore: Game Mechanics. How do you even know that Samus would be a boss?

@synchronized_123: gotta provide more than that. If some people are immune and some people arent what makes that so. With out any definition. We will just argue in circles about whether or not it works on samus

@nerdchore: If it works on every boss, where would be the fun/challenge in that? If we're taking into account Samus' one shot moves like Phazon, and Screw Attack, which aren't even Planet level( Never seen them bust one), then we have to take into account X's hax and 1 shot attacks like Hadouken, if we're gonna have to include game mechanics.

@synchronized_123: is that attack energy based? cause it will do at most half damage to samus to to her suit

@nerdchore: Hadouken? It 1-shots bosses. I think it's energy base. X is invincible with another 1-shot move. Giga Attack, and there's another move that X can use indefinitely.(forgot its name) which involves him flying straight into his opponents, while taking no damage from their attacks or the impact whatsoever.

You mean Nova Strike Attack using X's Ultimate Armor in X4.

Also, he had the Shoryuken in X2, similar to Hadouken, it is a one shot move.

@overlordarthas: saying one shot move dorsny mean anything. Saying it one shots bosses. Which I would need proof of doesnt mean it one shots samus in all her armor

Hadouken and Shouryouken is a one shot move. It kills bosses with one hit.

X, Samus is overrated as hell
