Rules:

All DC characters are Pre-New-52, except for Batman and Deathstroke.

All Marvel Characters are the current versions of themselves, except for Wolverine, he is Bone-Claw Wolverine.

Both Iron Fist, and Shang-Chi are at full-chi-power, here.

No prep, random encaunter, and Standard Gear for everyone, (Black Panther has his Vibranium Suit)

Everyone is in character...Only H2H...Win, by K.O only...and the battle takes place, here:

Round 2:

All members of both team's are bloodlusted, and they want to kill the members of the other team...All Out Battle...Win, by incapacitation, or death...and the battle takes place, here:

Yeah, i was afraid of that...so, i put Daredevil on his place...and now? who do you think wins this, and in what rounds?

Team 1 handily. Kaine, James and Danny would take a majority over anyone on team 2.

@bat_girl_cc: I'm not really sure. Team 1 definitely has the teamwork edge, but its too clustered for me to gauge an accurate outcome. A full powered Iron Fist and Wolverine with a healing factor will be a problem in hand-to-hand.

Since i made the O.P i can't really debate here xD...but don't you think Spider-Man, Deadpool, and Deathstroke, would give them trouble?...and what about the other 3 members of each team, do you think they would be non-factors here?

@bat_girl_cc: Spider-Man is the biggest threat..but like I said he'd lose to at least 3 members of team 1. Deathstroke in the new 52 isn't as skilled as any member of team 1 and would lose a majority over all of them except maybe Matt due to his armor. Wade would lose a majority over every member of team 1 due mainly to being less skilled than them. Danny could (and likely would) oneshot every member of team 2 and the same goes for Wolverine. They're fast and most certainly skilled enough to do so.

Ok, but what about Spidy's webbing, Batman's and Deathstroke's new 52 Gears...and Cassandra Cain's Body Reading?...i mean, do you think this is a stomp?

Yeah, but that's only valid for Round 1...Round 2 says "All Out Battle".

Bone claw Wolverine isn't beating Deathstroke with gear and either Shang Chi or Iron Fist would have trouble with Batgirl, Panther would beat Batman h2h or with standard gear but in a close, Daredevil would probably lose to Cap and Deadpool can only be a distraction to team 1. I suppose the biggest question is if Spider-Man's experience would give him the win over Kaine.

@bat_girl_cc: Right, right my bad on that. I still give it to team 1 handily due to a bloodlusted Kaine likely turning into the Other and no one on team 2 can combat that. I'd even go as far as to say he'd solo.

@bat_girl_cc: No. Kaine's already stronger, faster, and more durable than Peter. The Other only broadens that gap even further.

Kaine > Spiderman

Panther > Deathstroke

Iron Fist > Captain America

Shang Chi = Cassie Cain (Debatable)

Wolverine > Deadpool (Debatable)

I know that Black Panther recently got an upgrade, and here he has his vibranium suit...but do you think Deathstroke is below Panther?...i think that is at least debatable.

Team 1 wins both rounds. Just h2h, they have the better martial artists overall, as well as the toughest guys to put down. Round 2 is closer, but Iron Fist, Black Panther, and Wolverine are the main difference makers, with better speed than the majority of Team 2, coupled with gear and abilities that can put almost all of Team 2 down in one hit.

i gotta go with team one. iron fist is just as good as anyone on team 2 but his chi charged fist can smash anything they can through at him. Same goes for Shang-chi hes so skilled he bust through solid steel and take down superhumans. And Black Panther, nuff said. Team 2 has the more popular heros sp icould see people going that direction....but no.

@jonez120: Kaine has no Spider Sense. That would make any fight between him and Spiderman debatable at best. Kaine has Peter beat in physicals, but Peter has him beat in Spider Sense and Way of the Spider training (skills). Peter would literally know exactly where Kaine was going to attack before he does the attack. I honestly see the breakdown being different than what was put here. If the matchups were like this for round One

Kaine vs Spiderman (debatable edge Peter Parker)

Black Panther vs Captain America (debatable edge BP)

Iron Fist vs Deathstroke(edge Deathstroke Debatable)

The rest is the same. I feel that the SS is Spider-man's binge best asset in a fight, making him the likely winner vs Kaine 7/10 times. The other fights would e resolved with Spiderman providing the blunt force to turn the issue.

Round two is actually a fight in team two's favor if IF cannot chi nuke the place. And that would not drop Deadpool or Deathstroke or Captain America. BP would survive as would Wolverine. The new 52 Deathstroke armor could tank getting smashed in the face by a nuclear submarine, in addition to other Kyle Higgins madness. Promethium Nth metal will likely survive helicarrier destroying blasts. Something neither Spiderman nor Kaine could boast.

BP still beats Cap.

DS might beat IF, or stalemate until DP vs Bone claw Wolverine resolves (win Deadpool, adamantium swords come standard). Immortals win over the day.

If there is no chi nuke level madness, the Bats play hassle and evade p, using their gear to keep their opponents at bay and assist the more important fights.

Yeah, they may be...but so are Batman and Cassie, and they are not only badass, they also have tons of feats...and as you can see, for the large majority of the opinions posted here, it almost looks like they are non-factos here...do you think Misty Night and Coleen Wing, would change the out-come of this battle?

This is a pretty cool battle... I think that round 1 team 1 takes this just because of the vast power differences in the teams. Especially with Kaine, if we switched him and spider-man I think the results would be slightly different. But round 2...Batman is being over looked here, and even though the others are bloodlusted, I'm sure he could come up with some brutal countermeasure. But I feel like apart from that, it just turns into spider-man vs IF, Wolvie and Kaine. If he could use his webs, I think that would give team 2 a significant advantage.

@juiceboks: kaines not quicker than parker, plus peter is alot more skilled, wolverine beat spidey for majority, HAH

@comicsrulebutdbzdoes2: Kaine is faster than Peter, but the Spider Sense and WotS gives him the edge in avoidance.
