Wargreymon.... thanks to way superior attack potency, devimon and the other champion-level digimon have island level feats, and Wargreymon is way superior to them, besides his chrome digizoid armor should be comparable to Blackwargreymon's that can tank shakkousmon lasers that are stated to be about 100.000, C, and in other digimon series Chrome digizoid armors can withstand solar-class flames.
Wargreymon has weapons designed to kill dragons ( which is also an advantage) and class-100 strenght (kicked a bulding like a soccer ball), Charizard defeated mewtwo but this encarnation of pokemon 150 is pretty much featless, it is not the same from the movies, since pokemon orgins is an alternative universe to the main anime, and even then it had help from the rest of Red's pokemon's team.
In contrast Wargreymon in digimon decode defeated Lucemon, the digimon that destroyed 3 moons with his bare firsts in the anime, and we know all the lucemons across the digimon multiverse are avatars of the same being.
Charizard may be resistant to fire, but terra force is pure energy not fire (unlike what was shown in the death battle it doesn't generate flames) that combined with Wargreymon's weapons ressult in mega charizard's demise.
I think metalgreymon is fairer opponent for mega charizard.
