How good is Medusa's durability? As an Inhuman, she should possess enhanced attributes, but I still think Spider-man's punches could/should knock her out. Of course, if the fight is in character, it's doubtful if Spider-man would actually give his all in such a punch.

Well her hair is harder than steel and can only be removed if she wishes it and can extend twice her body length. As well it can create sonic booms by snapping it and can hold 5 to 10 tons depending on writer. She also has years of h2h training with Karnak and Gorgon

I'm referring to her physical durability. I know what her hair are capable of.
@Morpheus_: Physical durability is hard to determine but it is at least two times above peak human due to her Inhuman physiology and terrigen mists enhancements. But she uses her hair as a shield

Hasn't it been stated at one point that she can move her hair at Mach 2?
She also is good enough to catch BP and even without PIS instances like restraining and cracking a tiny bit of diamond Emma, she could still support a huge chunk of a collapsed building
