Even if he sneaks up on him (which he won't) he lacks the skill and power to put him down.

There were cars sprawled out across the street and she was even hiding behind them...hardly the same. So anyway, Batman can't use stealth in this setting and though he may or may not be more skilled, he can't close the physical gap between them so he obviously doesn't solo. If he can barely take the abuse of someone like Bane then how does stand up to someone who is at least two tiers above him (from a physical standpoint)? Makes no sense...

You guys have watched the Nolan movies, right? Bats is a punching bag and Ras is a non-entity. Bane is the only one that would put up any sort of fight, and Bucky would stomp him.

I'm sure he has near the same tolerances as Cap so I doubt that would work anyway.

Did you read the stipulations man? H2H only means that he can't use his gadgets.

In Dark Knight Rises when he returned to Gotham. It's irrelevant though as he can't even use them in this battle..

Debatable. Bane's skill is largely speculative as well, much like Bucky, he only had two fight scenes and had one scene where he took down fodder.

The difference is that Bucky showed a much more impressive variety of fighting styles and moves in his two showings.

Bane's fighting style drew primarily from Krav Maga, Keysi and some elements of boxing while Batman's was almost entirely Keysi. However, both Bane and Batman's problem was that they were often sloppy in his technique and he had a tendency to telegraph their punches as well as leave himself completely open to attacks. In many ways, they were brawlers who relied on enhanced durability when fighting more skilled opponents.

Bucky's fighting style was primarily Krav Maga, silat, savate and MMA. His technique was purposely not as perfect or as varied as Cap, with a much greater emphasis on the Krav Maga element of his fighting style while Cap focused on more acrobatic styles like Tae Kwon Do and Muay Thai. But he certainly had a more varied move set and much more sophisticated technique in terms of both attack and defence than Bane and Batman, who from a martial arts standpoint were often very sloppy.

I think they can take Bucky down actually. Bucky is physically dominant but if they can get him on the ground they can get him in some type of hold where his strength is neutralized, like Cap did when he broke his arm. Black widow did OK by herself, so Nolan team should have a decent chance here.

Batman and Bane's combat speed is canonically very fast and both of them are able to take a punch from Bucky so he's not just gonna easily one shot them all. They've got skill and speed too. While they aren't close to Bucky in physicals they aren't just fodder to him or scrubs either. Look at how Batroc did against Cap and even how well Rumlow did against Cap. Regular humans can contend with super serum for a while, that has been shown twice in TWS. And there are three very skilled, very tough men here, who are even better than rumlow and batroc.
