Thor solos and iron man can beat either 1v1

Unless Tony is in the Hulkbuster, the Kryptonians win with moderate difficulty. Iron Man is the weak link on team 1 and will be the first to go down. Once he is out of the fight, Faora and Zod will easily overwhelm Thor.

Thor can beat one of the kryptonians after a solid scramble. Stark is a great distraction if he stays in the away and spams them from the air. The Kryptonians can't fly. If Stark goes head to head he dies.

Imo team MCU. Even if Stark is the weak link, Thor is the strongest link.

Tony dies in 2 seconds, and thor gets overwhelmed.

Thor's not busting anything unless he has 9 seconds of uninterrupted charge up time. Team 2 wins.

At this point, every conceivable MOS vs MCU match up has been done.

OP doesn't specify, so I'm assuming this is Faora and Zod NOT adapted to the atmosphere as that makes a big difference. In which case I'd give the slight advantage to Thor N' Stark.

If the Kryptonians have adjusted to the atmosphere, they'd win pretty handily as Iron Man would get torn up and Thor would get overwhelmed as already mentioned.
