With prep he has a shot at clearing

Could stop at 4 if Snart tags him but considering Tony has prep. I doubt that would happen. Stops at 8.

With prep time he could stop at 9 or clear. Depends on how much he knows about the speedsters and if there is a way he could figure out how to either drain their speed or tag them while they are moving.

Stomps most rounds up untill 8 (not sure about the cold gun thought) where he gets stomped by Grodd's TP

9 is either a stalemate with an edge to Tony or a straightforward win for the speedsters depending on weather his armour can be phased through

9 will be difficult, but they'll have a hard time taking him down too (with prep he'll know to stay in the air)
