Hawkeye in stomp. more experience and superior weapons. pretty much any version of Hawkeye has numerous trick arrows. Hawkeye is gonna have in TAs: explosives, acid, rounding machine gun, electricusion etc.... dredd wouldnt know what hit him. Hawkeye never misses.
He shot that three pronged arrow into the control board to hijack one of the engines, the accuracy was incredible. He shot a moving target from about 100 yards away without looking. Impressive H2H combat as well.
Movie Hawkeye is a beast too. my point in bringing up all versions was to stress how EVERY version of Hawkeye has numerous trick arrows. movie Hawkeye had: grapple, acid, exploding, rounding machine gun, computer hack and regular arrows. plus amazing long range shots one even from behind the back at like 300 feet. Watch how many new TAs he has in Avengers2. Hawkeye stomps. DEAL WIT IT.
Half those trick marrows add nothing to the fight in his favor. Dredd's Lawgiver has various types of ammunition. As well including incendiary, armor piercing, heat seeker, ricochet, and high explosive.
Dredd also has better armor, a helmet with various tech, and equal feats in H2H as well as better durability and pain tolerance.
