@darkraiden: Dean didn't fight Abaddon, the mark and the blade made him immune to her telekinesis, which allowed him to walk up and stab her with the blade, they never even fought, although before, any time Abaddon fought them two she sparked them easily. Cain was manhandling Dean in their fight, and he was on top of Dean about to kill him but he let his guard down and Dean capitilized on it, before that Dean was getting effortlessly tossed and beat down, it was even a close fight until Cain mounted Dean, which showed a blade he had in his coat, so Dean grabbed it while Cain was slowly lowering the first blade down and cut Cain's arm off, then Cain just got on his knees and let Dean kill him, he didn't fight back after that, tell me how that's impressive. None of his punches hurt Cain, the only thing that did was the first blade. Cass is not the same as he was, he's been beat down before many times. And Cas didn't even fight back. Cap threw a motor bike with enough force to almost cut a jeep in half, that's much more impressive than anything Dean has done. Not to mention cap is faster and has the perfect counter for a small dagger, a large shield. Dean is out classes here in terms of skill and speed and even strength.
