@arcus: His and May's strength feats were about comparable to Cap's but it was kinda hard to gauge their strength bc they were fighting other Berserker-amped opponents the entire episode. To give you some idea of how effective it has shown to be against regular humans, at the beginning of the episode, one of the Berserker-amped assailants knocked a cop back what seemed like at least 20-25 feet effortlessly. I might be off by a little as I haven't seen the episode since it's original air date (which was around the time Thor: The Dark World was out).

@mtuske: Ward has shown combat speed feats that could keep up with Cap imo. But you're right, the one thing that the staff doesn't amp is speed unfortunately.
Yea they didn't show any strength feats that Cap couldn't easily replicate (correct me if I'm wrong). Knocking people 20+ feet in the air is something Cap does on a regular basis. He is still faster and more skilled. And the Shield is a significant advantage. I honestly don't see how cap could loose here.
