Each Cap can only use feats from their respective movies (i.e. Avengers: Age of Ultron Cap can only use feats from the Age of Ultron movie).

Winter Soldier Cap or Age of Ultron Cap.

1. WS or AoU. AoU had better raw power with the motorcycle and fighting Ultron bots, but WS Cap was far more skilled and well rounded. I'd favor WS just cos the movie was better :p.

2. ----

3. First Avenger Cap. Probably the most underrated. He did very well for his relatively inexperience during the War and his fights against Hydra displayed tactical skill (invading the base) and his fights against Red Skull.

4. Avengers Cap. I honestly can't think of a whole hell of a lot he did to impress here besides lead the Avengers. He fought some Chitauri and "tanked" a blow from Thor.

Age of Ultron cap had the best feats.

AoU Cap. He was clearly superhuman in the movie.

As it is, I'd give this to Winter Soldier I think. He tanked the explosive and the dive from the overpass, and short of some agility feats being better in AoU, I think he has the skills to take it.

He also has the making out with Scarjo feat. If that isn't winning, I don't know what is.

Winter Soldier should take this by a decent margin. His durability and hand to hand feats are better than the others.

TWS for best skill showings.

Winter Soldier Cap. That movie gave him a huge skill and power upgrade and it did not fail to show it.

2nd- AOU Cap very close

3rd- First Avenger Cap

4th- Avengers Cap

AoU Cap, TWS Cap, First Avenger, Avengers Cap. In that order.

AoU had better physicals, and better gear. The skill gap between him and the WS version isn't as great as the other two caps, either.

AoU was the most OP Cap we've seen in all departments. His agility and speed were out of this world, he was manhandling Ultron bots and even fought Ultron himself. He also had the best shield skills bar none.

TWS comes second, Avengers third, First Avenger fourth. Basically Cap has had very steady, very consistent improvement as he gains more and more experience.

Shouldn't the last one always be better considering they have the most experience and skill by that point? And why are these even fights? They're the same person.
