MCU Batroc The Leaper vs MCU Chitauri

Batroc, clearly. Why would this be questioned? Captain America could kill four armed Chitauri at once in less than 10 seconds using his WWII fighting style, but it took him several minutes of back-and-forth combat just to KO Batroc after he had adapted to modern times. Black Widow could kill Chitauri in close quarters, and she is no more enhanced than Batroc. His attacks were strong enough to stunt Captain America, so getting through their durability won't be a problem.

Anyway, Batroc should be able to take out one measly fodder Chitauri regardless.

Batroc even in MCU is considered to be peak human, and at the time considered one of if not the most dangerous normal non super human on the planet. He dodged caps shield, and was able to go toe to toe in unarmed combat with him for about a minute which says alot. He also showed ridiculous agility, speed, and reflexes as well. Also very smart tactician based on fact he played possum to create an escape. I would say he is at least on Black Widows level, so i see no reason with his elite level martial arts, and peak abilities why he could not take a Chitauri in H2H. they seemed like fodder TBH, i mean widow was taking a bunch out in H2H.

Batroc will take down a single Chitauri. It won't be easy for him.

This. We don't ever actually see Widow or Hawkeye take down a Chitauri without use of weapons. Widow used firearms, Chitauri beam weapons, and her Widow's Bite to take a few down but we didn't see any non-superhuman take any down with just bare fist and skill. Cap is the closest we saw, but he's above them all physically.

Chitauri. Steve was holding back on Batroc imo. I think that whole fight was supposed to demonstrate skill. Why put his shield on his back to make the fight fairer and than abuse his superhuman physicals to win the fight? I think Steve was just outskilling Batroc at least at the end of their fight. Chitauri could easily tank falls like this.

I don' t see Batroc putting them down before they put him down.
