Fight is on a street.
Win by KO/Kill
Standard Equipment
Antman has his ant friends.
With energy shield, microscopic hud, Ironman wins.
Pym will be frustrated to find out his suit got beat by Howard Stark's son
Tony steps on an ant [man].
Iron Man
Tony by feats. Also, aren't Tony's suits made of titanium, the same miracle metal that couldn't be passed through without disabling the regulator? Unless Scott can come back from going subatomic again, he doesn't really have a chance.
The Iron Man suit is made of titanium, the same metal that was pretty much indestructible for Ant-Man, there is no way Scott can win this.
Stark wins 10/10.
Ant man has 2 options...
He could go subatomic and mess around with his arc reactor and suit mechanics. Then he could quickly put a blue chip on his regulator to go back to normal size.
Or...
He could put a blue chip in his regulator at the start of the fight and transform into giant mode. He could then squish Tony under his feet.
@doctordandeli: I want to say Iron Man but feel Ant-Man would just mess with Starks suit, similar to Falcons wings
I could see Scott beating Tony to the draw depending on if he has his discs or not.

Stark wins 10/10.
The Yellowjacket suit is essentially like Iron Man armor. Ant-Man could do the same to him that he did to Yellowjacket in the movie. Or he could shrink him with one of the disks. Scott could grow an army of ants to Godzilla size and have them open Tony's armor like it was a can of soup. I can see a lot of ways that Ant-Man wins this match up.

Ant-Man had to go subatomic to defeat Yellowjacket, it was luck that he had messed with his suit previously in the movie, otherwise he would have been stuck in there forever, and that´s not a win in my book.
Why suddenly would Ant-Man grow ants to Godzilla size, he didn´t do that against Yellowjacket when his daughter´s life was at stake, I doubt he would do it here. Iron Man is essentially a more powerful Yellowjacket, and Scott had plenty of trouble with him.
Growing an ant, controlling ants, shrinking things, shrinking down so small that you pass through a solid substance are all things that the MCU Ant-Man did in the movie. Why couldn't he put them together in defeating a foe like Iron Man?
Just because Scott didn't grow ants to Godzilla size while fighting in his daughter's house doesn't mean he isn't capable of doing it. I would imagine that growing ants too large in a house would have caused a lot of damage; putting his daughter at risk. So I guess he wouldn't go the Godzilla size ant route in that scenario.
Do you really think Tony Stark's 'cute' technology is a match for Ant-Man? MCU Hank Pym doesn't.
Lang wins. Iron Man MCU is weaker than comic version because MCU iron man was hitted by a truck than Iron Man comic that can survive a nuke
To all of you saying that he can get inside his suit his does he get there in the first place? Ironman can fly and he will just one shot antman before he can try anything or he could just blow up the land there fighting one there are way to many ways he can win this
@thor_parker82: ...how on earth is killing your opponent using the gear at your disposal while surviving the fight completely unharmed not a win in your book??

Lol, if Ant-Man did that he would lose as well, he would be trapped in the subatomic world forever, that´s not to hard to understand.
Besides.

@thor_parker82: ...but he wouldn't be trapped in a subatomic universe forever. He would get out the same way he did before.

He can´t do that again, it was just because he had messed with the suit previous to his fight with YJ.
@thor_parker82: no he didnt. He was going to and Pym told him not to...so he said he wouldn't mess with it. He got out by putting an enlarging disc into the regulator.
Even if he did mess with it, the adjustments he made are still there. What would stop him from replicating the results?

Ok, maybe you are right in that, but what stops Iron Man from placing a bullet on Scott´s heart at the beggining of the fight....a simple taser knocked him out, so a single repulsor blast would kill him lol, this isn´t even fair.
Tony has speed, flight and weaponry advantages. I think he fries Antman before he can hope to hit tony with a disc
@thor_parker82: I'm hoping ant man doesn't try to tank it, if he doesn't he wins
Stark stomps. If Falcon's scanners could detect and find him then Iron Man would have no problem. With auto-targeting and lasers it becomes even more easy.

Why in the world would Ant-Man let Iron Man place a bullet on his heart at the beginning of a fight? Does Iron Man need that kind of handicap in this fight? Maybe you would like Scott to tie one hand behind his back too?
Again, the Yellowjacket was essentially a cooler looking Iron Man armor design. If Scott can handle that, why can't he handle a guy suffering from PTSD?

He doesn´t need to let Stark do anything, I just don´t see what´s stoping him from one shotting Scott with a single repulsor blast, I mean, he was knocked out by some tasers lol.
Scott barely handled Yellowjacket and Iron Man is much more powerful than yellowjacket it´s not even funny.
@killermovies: Not at all.
