I say Daken Ko's  Skaar who then gets Ko'd by Spider Women. This is only because i don't think that Skaar or Daken can touch Them because they know via spider sense when and how they are goint to attack. so

Skaar would utterly and literately rapes the spider girls .he would hold one down,and,well you can fill in the rest.And Daken is a non factor here.

daken does not have the madsura blades in his wrist any more. so i give this fight to skaar. the spider girls are a none factor here even with there spider sence. when skaar or daken hit them ther either dead or broken.
