what do you mean?max payne does not "bullet time" powers.it's just something in game that you can jump and shoot at the same time.he can't even dodge bullets with that move he only can move and react faster then his opponents and also shoot while in air.but that's only in game.max payne is just a normal man let's say with a litle luck and with a lot of training and skills but still a normal man.bullseye takes this without much problem
