@k4tzm4n: yup.
It wasn't a yes or no question ;)
Seeing as Marc's gear has changed so much in the modern era, I'm asking what his "standard gear" is in this fight.
@k4tzm4n: 2014 gear
@tbemrmccoy: how will he bypass Marc's gear and what's his counter to Moon Knight's ranged attacks
@k4tzm4n: 2014 gear
So scattered carbonadium armor, crescent daggers and a truncheon that has multiple functions? What are you counting as Splinter's gear?
@k4tzm4n: that wooden staff of bad@$$ery, shuriken stars and rotten egg smoke bombs

Going purely on feats, it's easier to make a case for Marc. That said, I think Splinter should win. He may not have the luxury of having nearly as many feats, but the implications mean he should have the hand-to-hand edge over Marc. Now, Moon Knight's a really good hand-to-hand fighter and has incredible pain tolerance -- something he deserves more credit for -- and his gear could spice things up, but I see Splinter's skill edge as the deciding factor.
Great fight. Two of my favorite characters. I think K4tz put it pretty well.

I second this statement.
Could go either way IMO, but I do think Splinter may just be slightly more skilled, and a little more gifted physically as well, not by much, but enough to give him a majority.
