I disagree, his original source is comic book, but I'm using animated version wich has nothing to do with comic book version. Anyways, the thread is not closed yet, and I doubt it will be, so you can post your opinion if you want.

Actually, from what I've seen it seems only the comic book versions are not allowed to face anime/manga characters. The animated versions of comic characters apparently can.

To get back ontopic.

I think Roshi could take at least few green lanterns, due to superior fightning speed, power and fightning skills. His other abilities such as mind reading, presure points, lightning attacks would also come in handy.
