No. War Machine has much more advanced weaponry. That is, if you don't count Cortana. If you count Cortana, War Machine wins but not after getting his ass whipped for a little while.

Hmm.. Didnt know too much about War Machine. I am a huge Halo fan. I think Master Chief is Bada$$, I kinda thought this would be a better fight than this but I thought it blindly not having great knowledge of War Machine.
War Machine. His onboard weaponry alone is enough to gun down Master Chief in seconds, not to mention his vastly greater strength and the huge advantage of flight.
master chief is meant to be a super soldier but war machine is an advanced military tank! this is a mismatch for sure...war machine kills master chief with utmost ease

I'm pretty sure war machine is a 100 tonner and he's basically iron man decked out with more kill shot weapons(the turret, missles, etc). Master Chief is great but he really shouldn't be placed above high end street levelers in my opinion.
