I think this will be a good one.
Master Chief vs Iron man.

Rules both are thrown in a canyon in the middle of the desert. Neither can fly. Iron man has lost his lasers and other projectile abilites. Its just a fist fight to the death. Who wins and why?

Not a chance. On strength alone Iron Man can still juggle tanks. Master Chief... Can't.

Cheif does have his shields though, couldnt that provide some type of help along with Cortana's constant feed of information. I am sure Cortana could come up with a way to take down Iron man.

Iron man has shields that hold back nukes. And you're wastly overestimating Cortana's usefulness without some exotic technology to plug into. There is only so much you can do in a fist fight. Given that Cortana plugged into MC's suit by all accounts doesn't have wi-fi capabilities (and even if she did, Iron Man arguably has better firewalls), I'd say her usefulness against Iron Man are basically zero.

Oh I actually like your response to that as that does bring up a good point. Would Cortana actually be able to get past Tony's cyber defenses. I'm going to research on her mental capabilites and respond to this later.
