only allowed to use these wepons    
master chief has energy sword  
predator has the wrist blades  
they are 20 meters apart  
morals off   
who wins and why

The only way Predator can win is if this is an Elder-Predator. And even then it's tricky.

I'm thinking Master Chief for both rounds.

MC. He has taken on Aliens more agile and stronger compere to PT, and the suit, shield he has can take PT canon easy.
