I belive Raiden throwing around 2 Geckos with his feet shows Raiden > MC in strength. Their speed could be comparable but Raiden has proven faster Combat Speed with his Sword and cutting bullets. Also Durability MC has that advantage thanks to his shield and that only. Raidens High Frequency Blade should cut the Armour itself with ease.

Going with Raiden.
