Master Chief and the UNSC vs Super Skrull and the Skrull Empire

I'm sure you all know who Master Chief and the UNSC are. 
 
The Skrull are a race aliens that breed Super-Soldiers to augment there regular infantry that have the same powers as Earth's heroes. They believe all other races are inferior (Space Nazis). So they're basically the Covenant with more racism and super powers.

How can Master Chief win when the Skrull empire almost took over the earth. They also had super powers like hulk, wolverine, cyclops, the fantastic four, and some combined

They beat the Covenant, Who like to spend their days reducing Human colonies to balls of glass in space and commiting genocide on a galactic scale. The Skrull had to steal all their stuff, the Covenant already had it.
 
And no, I was not referring to their Ships, Weapons, etc. I was talking about the Super Powers/Abilities/etc.
