Master Cheif VS Batman

Round 1: H2H, no prep, no weapons, Batman has his standard bat suit and MC has his standard suit

Round 2: Batman is Equipped with Batarangs and a grappling gun, MC is Equipped with an Energy Sword and 1 frag grenade.

Round 3: Batman is Equipped with Batarangs, grappling gun, bat call, and shock-Gloves, MC is Equipped with an Energy Sword, 2 frags, 1 plasma grenade, and a Magnum.

Round 4: Batman has all of his standard gear, MC is Equipped with an Energy Sword, 2 frag and plasma grenades, a bubble shield, 1 active camo, and a shot-gun.

I only see Batman winning round 1

Chief obliterates, it's not even funny.

Batman would get the sh*t kicked out of him.

Batman should automatically come with prep. It's his only power. It's like making Hal Jordan without his ring fight Deathstroke. Wtf?

1. Bruce's only chance of winning, if he sticks to the shadows he may be able to wear Chief out and go to town with superior h2h. (Assuming he can even bypass MC shields and armor)

Im giving each round to Chief. And I am going against the grain: Round 1 is the easiest for Chief. If they were both naked, it may be different, but with his armor, Batman is literally without a way to hurt Chief.
