Black Panther I feel would go down fairly quickly to Arbiter or MC. So It'd be Arbiter and MC vs Iron man where I feel Iron Man goes down in a decent fight due to rocket launchers and swords.

how can iron man hack master chief. chief's has like 500 years of tech on his side plus hes a supersoldier. Iron man has been beaten by people that mc can beat.

Master Chief's weapons will do nothing to Iron Man. His armor is amazing durable and it has a force field as well.
I'm not sure who whether cortana could hack tony, or if he'd hack her. It's a case of AI versus biological processing power. I'm willing to say tony could hack Cortana, though it wouldn't be easy.
