Assuming that Luthor and Joker can work together and use their prep wisely and are given what they can find in the comics, I think MAYBE they can get a few wins..
Lex is by far the greatest prep master that I know of. In the latest Action Comics, he made Brainiac look like a child. Lex could solo. If he can handle supes, mary isn't a challenge.

This is Lex Luthor from the tv show Smallville, so his comic feats don't apply. Mary Marvel wins easily.
The Team could easily win here... however, Joker is a wildcard here! He is unstable and could easily turn on Lex... he's done it before.
If Mary wins.... its by luck and the fact that Joker has done his own thing.
Can't tell if you're serious or kidding. What did Lex ever do on Smallville that makes you think he can take out Mary Marvel? The worse thing TDK Joker will do is brood a lot and set her piggy bank on fire.
